Red Cactus

With the telephony integration software of Red Cactus, incoming and outgoing calls will generate on-screen notifications on your computer. These contain customer information from Trengo and you also have the ability to open the Trengo contact and profile card directly from these notifications. This integration is part of the Bubble telephony integration software from Red Cactus and supports almost every telephone system worldwide!

Red Cactus supports two ways of phone system integration with Trengo. By using the pop-up notification in Trengo itself or by using the Bubble pop-up of Red Cactus. They both support an on-screen notification during an incoming or outgoing call, automatically call registration in Trengo and the click-to-dial functionality to setup an outbound call very easy. The difference is that the Bubble pop-up offers even more functionalities.

With Bubble you are able to customize the information in the on screen pop-up completely to your liking. The list of data fields available from this CRM connector are as follows:

• Phone number
• Name
• Full name
• Display name
• E-mail
• "Last called with colleague" feature

In addition to displaying specific data in your pop-up, you can also create up to 4 buttons in the pop-up that can perform various different actions. Trengo specific are as follows:

• View Contact
• View Profile (if linked to contact)
