About Lead Direct
With Lead Direct we have build an integration between the Meta Business Suite and WhatsApp. Once your lead has filled out the lead form they will recieve an automated WhatsApp message within seconds.
Lead Direct and Trengo
The integration is build between the Meta Business Suite and the WhatsApp API from Trengo. Within Trengo the customer is able to create WhatsApp templates. Once the lead has filled out the lead form in the Meta Business Suite the conversation will start directly in Trengo.
